USB HID · Legacy systems · On-premise
Give your AI hands.
Let it operate any screen — without an API.
KeLeCan AI-HID is a soda-can-sized controller that presents itself to a computer as an ordinary keyboard and mouse. Your model decides what to do; the device does it, at the physical input layer, on systems that will never offer an interface.
No driver · No software on the target · No data leaving the site · Unplug to stop
Why legacy systems need a different answer
Most automation assumes the target system will cooperate. In hospitals, banks, government offices and factory floors it usually will not: no API, no permission to install anything, no internet. AI-HID does not ask for permission — it behaves exactly like the operator sitting in front of the screen.
No API required
Works with HIS, core banking terminals, government portals, MES and industrial panel PCs that expose nothing.
Nothing installed
The target machine receives standard HID reports. No agent, no service, no driver, no trace in the application layer.
Data stays put
The controller has no network interface. Verification runs locally with pixel diffing and offline OCR.
How it works
1 · Plug in
Connect the controller to the target machine. The operating system enumerates it as a standard USB HID keyboard and mouse.
2 · Instruct
Your agent — local or hosted — plans the task and issues input commands in natural language steps.
3 · Verify
After each action the screen is captured and compared. If the expected state is not reached, the step is retried.

Where it is used
Healthcare
HIS and EMR terminals where third-party software installation is prohibited. Data entry, reconciliation and reporting are performed through the existing interface.
Banking & government
Teller terminals and isolated intranets with dual-authorisation workflows. Input stays on the operator's own machine.
Manufacturing
Legacy panel PCs and MES workstations that cannot be modified. Batch entry, order picking and log extraction.
Accessibility & testing
Assistive control and genuine external-input testing, where synthetic events are rejected or behave differently.
Frequently asked
Will the system detect it as a bot?
Input arrives on the standard HID driver path, identical to a physical keyboard and mouse. Applications see ordinary human input.
Can it work fully offline?
Yes. The controller needs no internet, and verification runs locally.
Does it support multiple machines?
One controller drives one machine at a time; deployments scale by adding units per workstation.
How do pilots work?
We run a remote live demo first, then a scoped pilot on one workflow, with success criteria agreed up front.
